My name is Paul, have lived in Darwin since 2009 and have no plans to leave
anytime soon! I bring to TEP the skills from a long involvement in other Darwin
NFP’s that have gone through a regrowth and renewal period.

These particular skillsets together with those skills developed from my 25 years of work in
professional organisations in the fields of: financial, administration & leadership,
provide valuable outputs for the benefit of TEP and it’s Membership.

I like working with people of all different; calibres, cultures, ages, genders,
backgrounds, experiences and personal beliefs. I work hard to get along with people
of those dynamics in the correct way and do so always in a respectful and collaborative manner.

I believe being an Executive Committee Member of an any NFP is a “privilege” not a
“given right”, and I am afforded that privilege by the Members for the role as
Treasurer with the TEP Committee and engender that attitude and bring to the
organisation a fresh, respectful and neutral approach to improving and making it one
the Members take PRIDE in and want to be a part of.
